She is dedicated to creating a firm culture that balances high-level strategy with the personal, boutique service that families expect. Her background in managing large-scale operations allows her to oversee the firm’s continued evolution while ensuring the business remains centered on long-term stability and excellence for the families they serve.

Teresa began her career in a high-energy environment, managing national and international athletic events for organizations including the NCAA, the NBA, and multiple Olympic teams. Teresa has a long-standing commitment to community and philanthropic leadership. She previously served as an executive leader for a major regional community foundation, where she worked to expand the organization’s reach and build the infrastructure necessary for significant philanthropic growth. Additionally, her extensive experience in the non-profit sector informs her approach to firm governance and demonstrates her belief in building institutions that serve a greater purpose.

Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling to exploring new cultures and spending time with her family and friends. She is also a passionate golfer and skier, finding both challenge and relaxation in staying active outdoors.
