Garrett Howerton

Garrett Howerton serves as an Investment Associate at Eton Advisors, where he plays a central role in the firm’s investment research, diligence, and portfolio management efforts. Garrett focuses on the day-to-day operations of the investment team while also serving as the Secretary of the Investment Committee, ensuring that every discussion and decision is documented and held to the firm’s rigorous standards.

Garrett’s commitment to leadership and community engagement is a cornerstone of his background. He previously served as the Vice President of the UNC Club Baseball team, where he managed operations and team logistics. He also remains dedicated to his community roots through his involvement with various organizations in Rockingham County, North Carolina, reflecting a long-standing commitment to giving back to his local area.

Outside of his work at Eton, Garrett is an outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and hiking, along with watching UNC sports and attending concerts.
